Dani (That's me!)

I grew up on Fort Belvoir, VA. Living on a military post while everything moved all around me was quite an experience, and taught me to build my own constants and creations to deal with all the change.

Currently living in Madison, AL. and attending the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

My earliest inspiration in art was Mary Blair, an amazing concept and color artist for the Walt Disney Company in the 1950s and 1960s. Her distinct art style and color skill live on most famously in the "it's a small world" attractions found at Disney Parks around the globe.

Nothing that I create is complete without a little shine to it!

I work in acrylics because I need materials that apply and dry as fast as I work.

The best moment in the creative process is when I get to strip off the painter's tape at the end and reveal all the color and details that I've been working on.
